Welcome to NewInsight Counselling & Training!
 
NewInsight is Joel Young's Counselling & Training company that has been established with the goal of providing people with real tools, skills, help and support.  As a qualified counsellor, experienced group facilitator and speaker, Joel's passion is to provide the relevant tools to those who need it.
 
Do you ever think that you need more training in life? I don't mean plain old academic training, I mean real life training. We get taught at school how to do maths, speak and spell properly. We get taught how to play some sport and how to sit exams. We even get taught a little bit about sex. Where though do we learn how to bring up children, how to relate to our workmates, how to communicate effectively with our spouses, and how to talk frankly with our friends? Where do we learn how to use our mind and how to interpret our feelings?
 
My hope is that this website can provide you with, or point you towards some helpful resources that are relevant for your well-being.
