This school is the best life skills and counselling course that I have ever seen. (Otherwise I wouldn't bother teaching it.) David Riddell's material is like marmite - a little bit goes a long way! You will never learn the whole manual within the length of the school but if you are ready to learn you will grasp many new powerful concepts that will change the way you relate to people in your workplace, marriage, family and friends. The manual that comes with the course provides reference for helping you with any future difficulties so the learning doesn't stop after the 16 weeks.

Each year I run a Living Wisdom school
from March to June.

Please register at least four weeks prior to avoid missing out and so that I can order your books.

Hire Purchase Wisdom: If you are unable to come up with the $750 fees up front you can now register with a $270 deposit and pay the rest off at $30 per week (via AP only) for the duration of the school. This adds up perfectly to $750. I am not charging extra for this service, but i do require it is all done via automatic payment so I don't have to worry about it once it is setup and going. Night School I am running a night school equivalent so that you no longer have to take two whole weeks off of work to have your check-up from the neck-up. 7.00 - 9.15pm Semester 1 - March to June (Living Wisdom School) Location: Whangaparaoa Baptist Church Each evening will look something like this: 7.05 Sharp - Questions from the Glossary or Share your favourite Insight Revise Previous Week New Material Lecture/Questions etc Tea and Bickies More Material/Questions 9.15 Home time! There will also be two Saturdays (or other day as negotiated by the group) where we will do a 9.30am - 3pm day with a more practical focus and some lunch together. After the 16 weeks is completed you will receive a "Certificate in Living Wisdom - Life and Counselling Skills". Day School I am also interested in running a Day School for people who prefer so if you are keen please let me know and if we can get enough numbers and agree on a time and day we will do it!

Many people say that they could spend their whole life applying the stuff they have learnt at David Riddell's School of Living Wisdom. I want to give you the chance to dramatically speed up that process. Much of what you learn in the school probably is forgotten and never applied because of the intense lecture style of the course and the sheer amount of material that is presented.

LIVING LIVING WISDOM

No, that is not a typo. This is what you have been waiting for.

This is a professionally facilitated process group exclusively for Living Wisdom graduates who want to take the application of Living Wisdom seriously. The context will be a therapeutic process group and the content with advanced discussions and applications of the Living Wisdom material driven primarily by the group. The primary role of the facilitators is to keep the space safe and constructive. The ideal is that this will provide a long term safe environment for you to discover your blind spots, apply new Living Wisdom insights, and obtain greater freedom. This is a new initiative and while it is forming it is an opportunity for you to make it what you want it to be.

Meet Your Facilicators

Joel Young holds a Bachelor in Counselling, has been counselling for seven years, and has been running Living Wisdom Schools for the past seven years. He is also a ginga and the proud father of a newly born daughter.

Christopher Defibaugh has ten years of counselling experience and has been running LW courses for the last nine years. Christopher has his masters degree in psychotherapy, and has recently completed his dissertation research on the leadership of therapeutic process groups.
