I’ve recently bought a moment pebble and I’m delighted. It’s a beautiful brand, packaged sensibly but impressively. I use the pebble myself and was so impressed I also gifted it to a friend who has a very busy stressful job and her health is suffering badly. It comes with a lovely detailed booklet with brilliant tips and explanations. And there is also a full program of mediations and videos you can access for free online for everyone that has a pebble – can’t believe that all comes completely free. It’s really such great value for everything you get – it’s so much more than “just” a pebble. It gets me off my devices, it feels calming in my hand, and is a physical tool to help me switch off for a moment. It’s perfect for those who are new to meditation and mindfulness but also great for those who are already tapped in to self-care. I often use it when I’m on the train commuting… or in between my zoom meetings just to regroup. And my friend who struggled to get into meditation and self-care is really loving it too… Can’t recommend it enough!
