You need this, you need that, buy this, buy that. I’m sure your newsfeed is cluttered with demands from retailers pretending that they have the things that will make you, your friends, and your family happy.

However, what they are not telling you is that you have no NEED for THINGS. You do, however, NEED relationship, connection, empathy, and fun.

This Christmas be brave, and say “NO” to the things that will only clutter your time and shelves, and make space in the pace for the things that will enrich your relationships!
